- Use the Content in products where the Content is the primary value (e.g., sound packs, sample libraries).
- Use the Content in any way that is defamatory, unlawful, or infringes on the rights of others.
3. Intellectual Property
All Content, trademarks, branding, and the website’s design and code are the property of StayOnBeat, LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized use or duplication is strictly prohibited.
4. Payment and Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the products, we do not offer refunds unless required by law.
5. Account Responsibility
If you create an account on DopeDrums.com, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE PRODUCTS IN QUESTION.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Lake County, FL, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive any right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.
